It was a balmy Thursday evening when Dawn Jones and other members of the State Bar of Georgia Executive Committee and members of the Georgia House Judiciary Committee gathered for dinner at il Giallo Osteria & Bar in Roswell, Georgia on February, 23, 2017.  Although no formal agenda was adopted for this event, the goal was to foster new and improve existing relationships between the Bar and the legislators, many of who are lawyers as well.   No topic was off limits during the course of the dinner, which allowed a free flow of information, commentary and discussion to take place.  Dawn appreciated this opportunity to hear concerns and to share her thoughts as a representative of the Bar, and looks forward to attending a similar dinner with Georgia Senate Judiciary Committee members in March.
