Why Dawn Jones Law?

Compassionate Advocacy and Caring Advice

We bring almost 30 years of medical and scientific knowledge and experience to each case we handle, including 15 years of litigation experience defending doctors, nurses, hospitals, nursing homes, and automotive, tobacco and drug companies.  As a result, we know how the other side thinks and can anticipate their defense strategies.  This rare combination of knowledge and experience makes us uniquely qualified to advocate for your rights and the rights of your loved ones in personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death and elder abuse and neglect matters. And we care. We strive to provide every client with compassionate advocacy and caring advice.  We take each and every case personally.

Suffering physical injury or death of a loved one can and often does lead to physical and emotional challenges and financial burdens.  If the injury or death occurred as a result of someone else’s action or inaction, the civil legal system provides a way for you to seek compensation as a result.  We can help you navigate that system.

If you or a loved one has been injured because of someone else’s negligence, you should give us a call.  We will work with you to determine whether there is a possible claim, what those claims may be, and when appropriate, will pursue those claims to obtain compensation for you as allowed by law.

There are time limits to pursue any claim, so please contact us today to schedule a free consultation. Please note that we do not represent you or your loved one unless and until we have a signed legal services contract to do so.
